“Cloud watching” was one of my favorite activities as a kid. On some mild
sunny day, seeking shapes that resemble stories I have heard, picking
flowers, and being present wherever I am. When I think about peace and
safety, I feel a range from feeling connected to my surroundings to feeling
like my mind is up in the sky. The clouds that my garden spirit points to are
the raven and the killer whale.
